We will find out about your payment shortly after the payment is completed. You will need to make a payment in the usual way, within 48 hours, to the accounts specified by us, using your e-banking or by visiting a bank branch. If you placed the order on a non-working day, please make the payment by the end of the next working day.
If we do not receive a payment order within the specified period, we will cancel the order by notifying you by e-mail. You will receive our details for self-payment of the order together with your order confirmation.
Important! When making an independent transfer, it is necessary to indicate the order number in the payment destination field, which you will receive by e-mail immediately after placing the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes of placing your order, check your Spam or Junk directories in your inbox.
3. Collection and payment of goods in Vilnius
Vilnius residents or guests can pick up the goods and pay at our office. All you have to do is contact us by phone +37052430888 or e-mail. email firstname.lastname@example.org and arrange a suitable time.
In order to buy in the "Respekto Grupė" e-shop, it is necessary to create a shopping cart, which is formed by selecting the link below the product you want to buy. Selecting this link will automatically move the buyer to the shopping cart.
To continue shopping and add more items to the cart, it is necessary to click the "Continue shopping" link. When the shopping cart is finalized, click "Continue order". All that remains is to complete the order and then you will receive an automatic email from our system that the order has been accepted. Sometimes our order letter does not go to the inbox, but to "Spam". If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes of placing your order, check your Spam or Junk directories in your inbox.
If there is no "Add to cart" link next to the product, it means that the product is not in stock at the moment, but you can order email@example.com and we will inform you immediately as soon as we receive it.

The delivery information section automatically records your address provided during registration as the delivery address. You can specify another delivery address, work address, or the address of the person to whom you want to deliver the goods as a gift. If you wish to receive an invoice when purchasing goods, it is necessary to enter the details of your company in the "Delivery information" section. An invoice will be sent to the email address you provided. by mail or delivered with the goods (if you wish to receive an invoice with the goods, please inform us by e-mail).
Returning the goods
1. The goods may be returned no later than within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of their receipt;
2. When returning the goods without good reason, the appearance of the goods and their packaging must be suitable for resale: there must be no additional inscriptions and transport marks on the packaging, the accessories must be complete, the goods must be fully packed according to the manufacturer's requirements;
3. When quality goods are returned, they must be packed in the manufacturer's packaging;
4. When returning low-quality goods, delivery and shipping costs are paid by UAB "Respekto Grupė" e-shop;
5. The goods must be returned to the address indicated on the parcel. The following must be clearly marked on the packaging: Repekto Groupė Return.
